You may have noticed that famous Democrats and socialists have been having a sexual harassment problem although it certainly hasn’t been getting a lot of coverage.
First there was Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), who had folks from his 2016 campaign actually write a public letter saying that they wanted sexual harassment issues that existed on the 2016 campaign to be addressed so that if Bernie ran in 2020 it wouldn’t be a problem again.
Then came Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) in December.
A senior aide to Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) resigned on Wednesday amid reports that the state paid $400,000 to settle a sexual harassment lawsuit filed against him while Harris was the California attorney general.
Harris has denied knowledge of the lawsuit against Larry Wallace, who directed the state Department of Justice’s Division of Law Enforcement during her tenure as attorney general, and continued to work for her after she began her term in the U.S. Senate last year.
Pretty hard to believe she didn’t know.
And now, comes Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY).
As much of the political world was focused on the debacle of Governor Ralph Northem and his blackface/KKK photo in his medical school yearbook came a Friday night news dump about one of Schumer’s top aides.
Matt House who had worked for the Senate Minority Leader as communications director for the past six years was forced to resign in November over improper sexual relationships with junior staffers which made people uncomfortable according to the Daily Caller.
House previously worked for Joe Biden’s 2008 presidential campaign.
So here’s the problem.
Why are we only finding out about why he was forced out now, in February when this happened in November? And what exactly does it involve?
What was happening in November that they might not want this to impeded upon? Could it have anything to do with the midterms?
And then we get it dumped on a Friday, underneath another Democratic scandal.
